Job Description

Assume management of all existing sales related activities in territory including; closing existing opportunities, identifying new opportunities in existing accounts and providing sales support for customers requiring High containment solutions apart from other material handling and process equipment.
Prepare a list of key accounts, critical projects, and sales strategies to position the AUTOMEDproposition.
Engage senior technical / engineering/ production personnel (project engineers, production heads,maintenance heads, EHS heads, process manager) in key accounts initially through telephone and/or directed letters with the objectives to discuss specific needs.
Prepare a Sales Plan for her/his territory to meet/exceed Sales Budget
Initiate quotation process at each account with specific emphasis on customer needs.
Provide an effective time and territory management program for her/his territory.
Prepare sales forecast on a monthly basis.
Provide clear, effective and up to date communication to the Company management team regarding the status of sales within the territory as well as specific issues and needs to assist and enhance the overall sales process.
Work closely with the Management team in managing projects within her/his territory.
Take an active approach towards business development, work closely with National and international Salespeople to develop a global strategy for key account management.
Assist in the development of additional sales tools to enhance the positioning and selling ofAUTOMED core Service packages.
Assist in identifying complementary technologies that will provide synergistic sales and marketing opportunities with AUTOMED current proposition.
