Job Description
- MasterPCB tech Pvt LTD is a OEM/ ODM solutions company engaged in the Design, Development and Manufacturing of the Products & Services (Covers all domains like Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Communications, Networking, Software etc) to various clients Viz. Aerospace and Defense Laboratories in India as well as abroad and various multinational firms across the world.
- We are looking for a Regional sales manager position to promote the Solutions Offered by us.
- The person in this position will work to develop a business case, understand target markets/applications, and define product needs.
- Understand the OEM requirements in terms of System specifications, subsystem specifications etc and Define the value proposition for each identified application.
- Develop and implement business strategies and a Sales plan for our solutions.
- Develop a product road map to address future market trends.
- Work closely with other sales force to develop and execute a key OEM account plan.
- Monitor and grow leading KPIs including inbound lead generation, number of relevant sales calls, and the OEM sales funnel.
- Visit customers and train the sales force to effectively sell relevant products.
- Shall be able to understand the Specs published in the Tender documents and prepare the high level solutions
- Submission of Online bids in eportal is mandatory.
- Collect and manage competitive intelligence; identify strategies to counter competitive moves.
- BE/Btech/Msc/Engineering/Science or Marketing with equivalent technical experience
- Ability to travel domestic and internationally
- Three years of experience in OEM/ODM sales such a product/Component Sales to OEM's in the electronics Industry.
- Experience in Submitting the Online tenders in the E portal for Govt customers.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: 300,000.00 to 1,200,000.00 /year
