About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage social media accounts of clients and generating content for social media engagement
2. Understand client requirements and deliver basis commitment
3. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on clients' requests
4. Conceptualize creative ideas & writing skills for designing
5. Send weekly and monthly reports to clients
6. Handle client escalations Scope out work for a new inquiry
7. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the team and clients
8. Make sure all the client data is properly backed up for future reference
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
