Job Description
- To form a connect with Education Institutes, senior academicians/principals and visit the schools, colleges to make presentations
- To collect an exhaustive database of existing tutors/coaches/trainers & Budding tutors/coaches/trainers and enroll them with Edugears.
- Ensure complete form filling and invite for a face to face or Virtual interview.
- To maintain appointments and arrange visit/visits flawlessly and adhere to the protocolof setting up meetings.
- To use Job database, Social networking sites, references and world wide web to collect database of Tutors/coaches/ trainers/ schools and maintain relationship with them
- To manage database effectively and handle walk In enquiries.
- To help in the smooth delivery of seminars and presentations in schools, institutes, clubsor any such place where we can get potential buyers
- To Interview prospective tutors/coaches/trainers for the first round and maintain a strong follow up for other rounds.
- To interact with the counterparts in other location and ensure standardized working pattern.
- To have a review meeting EOD and plan for the next day with your Team Lead and Document effectively.
