- Job Title : Recruitment Development Manager
- Location : Bhopal, Indore
- Experience : 1 Year.
- Salary : up to 3.25 LPA + Incentives + Reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of recruiting new Investment Advisors/Agents
- Train and motivate them
- Help them achieving the individual and team targets
- Revenue generation
Desired Profile :-
- Graduate
- 1 Year Experience In hardcore sales
- Two wheeler vehicle compulsory
- Age - Max 45 years.
