Job Description
Responsible to meet and explain to customers about advantages of ibizzo mobile app.
Ensure customers utilise various paid features available on the mobile app and portal.
Co-ordinate with customer and ibizzo backend to complete any business transactions within the stipulated time.
Responsible for follow-up, with customers, on payments.
Responsible to maintain reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Responsible to educate and recommend customers on the best use of the portal or mobile app services to expand their business.
