Exp: 0.6 months - 1 yrs (fresher can apply)
Job Description:
· Will be addressing walk-in, online & telephonic inquiries.
· Counseling, from calling to admission.
· Data entry into the system.
· Develop interaction with students.
· Display notices on notice board
· Handling general complaints of Students
· Maintaining records.
· Plan & execute Weekly schedule
· Preparation of weekly / monthly reports.
· Fees recovery details.
· Centers exam communications and results.
Skills:
· Good Communication in English, Marathi, Hindi
· Knowledge of MS Word, MS excel
· Problem-solving attitude
