Job Description
Credit Underwriter:
- Credit recommending and sanctioning authority, responsible for analysis of loans as per Policy Guidelines to Tiny enterprises operating in a small radius of densely populated areas.
- Responsible for initiating personal Discussion before recommending proposal besides recording all the factual events/observations/discussions to facilitate credit decision by the sanctioning authority
- Is accountable for ensuring accurate and appropriate analysis of applicant's credentials, including detailed cash flow analysis, reviewing footfalls, level of activity at business site
Collection Executive:
- Responsible for Daily cash pick-up as per Demand List and remit the cash at cash burial/Bank/JC/BNA without any discrepancy on the same day.
- Participate in Community Collection activities and provide information about JFS products.
- Provide the required customer support and ensure timely and accurate collections.
- Adhere to the process of collections and ensure zero OD.
Relationship Officer:
- Identify prospective customers and execute the disbursement within the credit parameters and process of the organization
- Follow up with the customer for payments in case of EMI dishonor
- Assist CH to achieve the set target
- Cross-sell of insurance and other Banking Products to existing customers
- Sourcing/Disbursals of No. of files, Volume,
Relationship Manager:
- Acquisition of SME profile clients. Originate NTB through direct sourcing
- Responsible for achieving productivity targets for CASA numbers & Value
- Relationship management of on-boarded clients
- Range of products: Portfolio with Perfect and imperfect Collaterals
- Closely work with Credit team for loan appraisal and effective risk management.
