Relationship Manager or Sales Development Manager or Business Development Manager
- Job role: Sales (for all positions)
- Note: Openings are there across India, all branches.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations
- Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue
- Implement all sales initiatives so as to meet its objectives
- Day to day activities of channel management
- Conduct out of office calls as per the defined Sales Activity Management.
- Adherence to the sales management process.
- Conducting business development activities viz lead generation etc.
- Need to be immediately certified as IRDA specified person on joining
- Interact regularly with the channels at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.
- Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.
- At all times keep the motivation of the sales staff of your channel to achieve the required sales objectives
- Age: 21 to 35 yrs
- Good Communication skills (any language)
- Confident with Pleasant personality
- Need candidate from Sales or Marketing background
- Min 6 month of experience required from sales or marketing from any industry
- Must have own 2-wheeler (mandatory)
- The performance evaluation is twice a year; means you will get increment/promotions after every 6 months
