- Business Development : New Business development through Direct or Broking Channel.
- Cross Selling : Exploring the scope for business expansion in the existing client base and strategizing on the approach for such clients.
- Service Level Optimization : Client servicing pre & post sale of the product and catering to their needs.
- Coordination with the internal servicing teams for a smooth client transition to meet client expectations.
- Client Retention : On-going requirement analysis of existing clients in order to provide them optimum service and maintain year on year account retention.
