Relationship Manager(Direct Channel)

Eligibility Criteria

Male/ Female
Age - 21years to 32 years
Any under graduates / graduates
Two wheeler Mandatory
Good Communication Skills(English + other regional Languages)
Minimum 6months sales/Marketing or any experience canidate is eligible work includes - office + fieldwork

Job Description

Work on assigned leads(Given by company) and genrate referrals from every visit that made to customer place
Achieve sales target month on month which is assigned by company
Cross sell and upsell life insurance products based on life cycle needs of customer and defined by the organization
Meeting the customer's to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
Scrict adherence to organizations policies and proceduref)Provide accurate forecasts ,updates and requested reports to reporting Manager
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER(Bancassurance Channel)

Eligiblity Criteria

JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidate has to be in a bank Branch assigned to him which is near to his Residence location
He/ she has to explain about Insurance Policy to walk in Customer whom the candidate feels that they(customer) can buy the Insurance policy
If the customer is ok to buy insurance policy, then candidate has to collect the documents which is required by the insurance company and he has to ask for references with customer
