- Educating Customers about KNAB and products offered by KNAB viz Quick Business Loan
- Explain Loan Policies to the prospective Customers and converting leads into sales.
- Daily Activity Report.
- To make Customer Centric Business.
- Help in Promoting ,Marketing and Selling of Company Job products and giving services to the customers.
- An ability to build professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, and a flexible approach to work.
- Tele-marketing & Telesales of Banking Requirements.
- Must have strong verbal and written English skills.
- Converting a suspect to a prospect.
- Conversion Skill is must.
- Provide Financial Advise and convenes them for the same.
- Coordinating with various teams - Credit , Asset Operations & Technology to ensure that loans are disbursed on time.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by proper and timely service, escalation handling, etc
- Learn various other functions apart from sales.
- Minimum Graduate + at-least 6 months to 3 years of experience in outbound / inside sales.
- Should be fluent in English + Tamil Or Kannada
- Ready to take challenges
