Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents Planning and driving the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
Training and agent life cycle management
Brand development by conducting road shows
Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction
Ensuring meeting of the targets month on month basis
SALARY - Up to 3.5 Lacs + Heavy Incentive ( Note: Salary Depend on year of experience , designation , current salary )
Work Experience : 1 year to 5 year BFSI preferred
Age : 23-35 years
Locality awareness - Local for minimum 1 year
