Job Description :It’s a B to B Process .Candidate has to visit client place.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales Opportunities
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Supervising customer service operations for rendering quality services; providing first line customer support by answering queries and resolving their issues.
- Handling marketing operations for achieving increased growth & top-line profitability.
- To find, attract, and win new clients, nurture and retain those the company already has, entice former clients back into the fold, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service.
- Candidate will be responsible to create business opportunities & promote IT products.
- Maintaining & developing relationship with existing customers .
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and retaining the customers.
- Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG- Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization)
- Should have knowledge of Sales & Marketing.
- Candidate should have leadership quality and managed team
- Should be target Oriented.
- Should have good communication skills
