Job Description
- Handle Personal loan, Home loan, Gold loan and Auto loan leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business
- Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them.
- Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service.
- Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers.
- Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM.
- Generate referral leads from existing customers.
