Job Summary
Desired Profile of the candidate:
- Calling to potential customers to prospect for new business
- Responsible for selling of Mutual Funds & health Insurance.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Maintain client relationship and provide the best service.
- To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
- To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for delivering SIP / Lump sum targets
- Upselling of Financial products Mutual Fund - SIP, Health Insurance etc
- Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a winning smile.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Flexible to work on targets
- Ensure complete awareness of all new and existing products & services.
- Highly energetic & target oriented.
