Job Description

As a relationship manager, you will build and maintain relationships with the client and partners. This role will advise, build rapport and provide quick responses to the inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for converting the potential lead into sales of loans.
Keep track of all the potential leads and maintain proper MIS
Achieving sales target
To drive a business together with your team to close the leads
Securing business through your potential clients and team
Maintain customer relationships post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction
Liaison with the internal departments to ensure we meet the clients’ expectations
