Job Description
Job Profile:
- Manages sales of Home Loan and Business Loans.
- Delivers the desired target numbers by maintaining good relationship with Customers
- Prepares as well as maintains MIS reports
- Monitors all the legal aspects of proposals through to completion
- Maintains up to date knowledge on relevant procedures and regulatory requirements
- Achieved the targets & submitted the MIS report to Area Sales Manager/Sales Manage
- Responsible for sourcing the business for , term loans, mortgage loans etc from the clients.
- Conducts diligence to ensure quality of the customer before acquisition
- Generates feedback regarding customer inputs on pricing, products, pricing, and processes
- Identifies and meets up with customer requirements
- Achieved the targets & submitted the MIS report to Relationship Manager.
- Review Daily Accounts Opened, report and also Responsible for Recurring Deposit & Savings account Informed customers about investment options and advantages.
- Make sales calls to customers and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about India post products and services.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to meet or exceed branch sales target.
- Work under the guidance of Bank Manager to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
