Job Description:

• This is a Liability (Fixed Deposit) sales profile wherein the incumbent is expected to take care of the retail sales. 
  
• Candidates with Direct Sales Experience will be preferred. Aspirants from Insurance Companies / Mutual Fund companies / Banks, operating only in the field of hard core retail sales are eligible. 
  
• The aspirant should have very clear concept and visibility of Sales & the various related aspects prevailing in the retail financial market and acumen to manage and drive business. 
  
• Should have a very strong communication skill, convincing attitude, smart, energetic, hardworking, target driven, result oriented, soaring passion for sales activities, quick learner, amicable and has an excellent liaison maintaining capacity.
  
• Acquisition of new customers for Liability Products (Fixed Deposits)
  
• Business mobilization in open market through direct sales ( B2C )
  
• Responsible for achieving productivity targets for numbers & Value 
  
• Deepening the existing customers relationships through cross selling MF & LI products
  
• Maintain monthly & quarterly sales activity plan and ensure flawless execution
  
• Manage, track and generate leads through various activities in open market.
  
• Market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, competition
  

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
  
• A fresher or experience candidate in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Required skill(s): Good Communication, Negotiation Skills.
  
• Age: Maximum 25 years
