Recruitment Process

• Candidates shortlisted after Personal Interview will undergo a job oriented training at Manipal Campus bangalore

Benifits: Earn while u learn

• Months 0-4 Academic Training at Manipal Global, Bangalore-> Stipend Rs 2,500/- x 4
• Months 5-6 Internship at keybranches of RoyalSundaram -> Stipend Rs 6,000 X 2
• Months 7-12 On the job training at the Royal Sundaram branches -> Stipend Rs 16,000 X 6

So how much this program costs? (Inclusive of Hostel + Food) :

• Candidates earn a post graduate diploma( from manipal ) + guarenteed job post completion of 1 year training program
• Stipend Earned During the Course Tenure: Rs 1,18,000/- (You get to earn back the major chunk of the amount through salary in your training period)
• Course fee 1,50,000 + 18% GST + TAB Cost Rs 17,100 =Rs 1,94,100/-
• If needed, candidates can apply for the Education Loan from our Banking-partners
• Candidates completing 3 years of service with Royal Sundaram will be eligible for the reimbursement of the course fee at the end
