REPORTS TO: General Manager

Responsibilites

During a quotation phases she/he is responsible for revision of customer specification focused for Testing and robustness items.
She/He is responsible for coordination, transfer and communication of Special customer characteristics (SCCAF, Supplement-K etc.).
She/He is responsible for preparation, timing, coordination, customer presentation and approval of DFMEA and Robustness study (Special and customer characteristic transfer and revission), including Poka-Yoke verification.
She/He is responsible for transfer, communication, coordination and approval of DFMEA identified characteristics to process side by creation of List of special characteristics (SCIF).
She/He is responsible for creation, transfer, coordination and communication of test specification to Varroc and supplier side.
She/He is responsible for preparation and timing coordination of all testing fixtures and supporting devices (connectors, LIN boxes, screws etc.) including capacity management.
She/He is responsible for preparation of DV/PV, EMC, ENV test plans, transfer, coordination (MS Project) and coomunication of testing package (Customer, Varroc, Legislation). She/He is responsible for approval and communication to customer and affected parties.
She/He is responsible for annual test plan.
She/He performs the another tasks related to manager instruction, that is not against the above described job description.
During her/his position keeps the rules of working safety, fire protection and the valid government regulations.

Education Requirement(s)

B.E – (Electronics )

Experience Requiremens

Good electronics knowledge
Basic knowledge of LED, PCB and PCB Assembly specific
Good knowledge of EMI/EMC specifications
Good English language and communication skills
Willingness to work in an international environment
Ideally you bring some knowledge of electronics engineering in the automotive environment and have experience with the following:
DFMEA
DV/PV
DVP
PTDB (Past Trouble Database) or Lesson Learned
EMI/EMC testing
Reliability/Endurance Testing

Additional Information

Reliability Engineer is responsible for quality designation during product development. She/he is primary managed by Quality team leader and he reports also to matrix Program manager, depending on assigned program. She/he cooperates with other members on project tasks.
Reliability Engineer is responsible for meeting of customer requirements in terms of quality and robustness during all project phases. She/he needs to actively deal with and act on other team members in order to meet project goals.She/he effectively communicates with internal and external partners, shares information, respects Health and safety rules and follows manager’s instructions.
