Your Role and Responsibilities
You are responsible for design, development, deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, application and business service monitoring, alerting and reporting.

You are responsible for design, development, deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, application and business service monitoring, alerting and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, Upgrade, Customization, Administration and Support of BMC Remedy AR System along with ITSM Suit and applications, Mid-Tier
- Upgrade, Administration and Support of BMC Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) tool and Synchronization of ADDM with CMDB
- Integrations with third party applications like IBM Maximo, IBM Websphere, xMatters, Lotus Notes.
- BMC Atrium CMDB, Reconciliation Activities, AIE
- Approval Server Configuration
- Incident management, Change Management, Problem management
- Remedy knowledge management
- Service Level Management
- Asset Management
- Service Request Management
- DSO, Email Engine, Web Service
- Integration of ARS Application with Third Party tool
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 6-10 Years of Experience BMC Remedy
- Hands-on implementation experience on the following BMC products - BMC
Remedy ITSM, Atrium CMDB, ARS 7.6.x, SRM and ITSM suite Web Services. - Expertise in implementing BMC Remedy Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management.
- Proficient in configuring the Change approval process and the Service Level Management
- Expertise in implementing the SRM on AIF's.
- Working knowledge of Remedy integration
- Solid understanding of BMC Remedy architecture and its
components. - Good understanding on Common Data Model of BMC Atrium CMDB
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Proven verbal & written communication skill.

- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
