Job Description
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize and organize effectively with accurate and speed
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office, quick Books, Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software systems
- Experience with Sage 100 contractor a big plus
- A strong understanding of construction accounting procedures
- Ability to Analyze and interpret data
- Communicate with the client regarding account payable issues with an organized, well spoken and professional demeanor.
- Run monthly, weekly, quarterly and yearly reports as required or requested
- Maintain all shared electronic accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files
- Review all vendor invoices and credits for appropriate documentation and approval prior to posting
- Answer all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements
- Assist in general accounting month and entries and analysis
- Review all expense books\reimbursements for accuracy
- Ability to identify, adapt to, and resolve complex issues.
- Must be able to work with minimal instruction/supervision under strict deadlines
- Assist with other areas of accounting, as needed
