We are looking for a Rental Sales Executive to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. 

The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibility

·       Manage all aspects of assigned properties maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties.

·       Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections and update it.

·       Collect receivable accounts rent, pay invoices, etc and handle operating expenses

·       Manage on-site staff and vendors.

·       Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems

·       Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files

·       Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationships with tenants

·       Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

·       Tenant visits.

·       Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.

·       Other on field related works.

Skills

·       Proven work experience as Property Manager

·       Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects

·       In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management

·       Customer focus and bottom-line orientation

·       Well organized with excellent time management skills
