Branch Manager recruitment in Repco Home Finance Ltd.
Location: Central and Northern Karnataka
Eligibility: Any Graduation (10+2+3 format) from a UGC recognized university. Graduates from Open University will not be considered. Post graduation & professional qualification/ CAIIB shall be given additional weightage. Minimum 3 years experience in Housing Finance/Retail Lending and at least 1-2 years of experience as Branch Head or retail credit / marketing of financial products / branch operations in banks/ HFCs/FIs. Exposure in mortgage lending will be preferred. Public Sector Banking experience (with exposure in Retail Lending) will be advantageous. . Extensive in-depth knowledge of local market with good networking capacity with builders / developers is a must. 6. Fluency in Kannada (read, write & speak) besides English is must.
Key Competencies Required : Good communication skill – verbal and written, Negotiation skill , Interpersonal skill, leadership qualities and team management , Multitasking ability ( as the Company does not operate through separate verticals for sourcing, operations and collections), Analytical ability , Planning and organizing skill, Time management skill ,Target orientation, Creativity (for brand building and goodwill generation for the Company) , Proficiency in MS-Word
Pay & Perquisites: CTC starting from Rs. 6.25 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable).
Age: not exceeding 28 years as on 01-03-2016 (relaxation upto the age of 40 yrs can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience)
