Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Reporting Analyst, you would assist the GFC reporting function across businesses and regions to ensure comprehensive and consistent reporting.

• Identify comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across GFC teams
• Monitor and evaluate compliance data and information collected in support of GFC activities and initiatives
• Support the harmonization of KPIs/KRIs currently used across businesses/regions to build one set of metrics for GFC
• Consolidate data from businesses and testing teams to build monthly GFC reporting package
• Review reports to identify trends and key risk areas
• Preparation of presentations and trends identified for reporting to senior management
• Identifying additional metrics to be included in reporting packages

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in MIS reporting
• Expertise in Excel, Advance Excel, MS Access, Macros and VBA
• Proficient in Reporting/MIS, especially for large data and manage MIS reporting to management on daily basis
• Working knowledge in preparing and updating of monthly critical metric data
• Ability to generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner while incorporating data analysis into designated ongoing reports
• Experience in using analyzed data to build reports identifying process improvement opportunities
• Validated knowledge in developing MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
• Proven ability in providing recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
• Experience in performing data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis along with developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication

• Experience in financial services transaction data analysis.
• Forward-thinking and Commercial bent of mind while analysing data
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
• Proven change management and be open to it good time management and work under tight deadlines
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
