Purpose of the Role
Deliver psychometric assessment solutions in line with the expectation of the client and TalentMetrix (TM) Standard Operating procedures
Education
- Bsc in IT, Computers ,Information systems
- Short term diploma courses in Excel, Word ,PowerPoint, MS Access, Database Management Systems etc. would be an added advantage
- Basic Knowledge of Human Resource Management processes/Interventions
Skills Required
- Expertise in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills(Written/Verbal)
- Fluent in English, Flexible to work on Emails
- Flexibility to work beyond work hours
- Well versed with MS Excel, Advanced MS Excel, shortcut formulas or methodologies to improve productivity is an important criteria for the role
- Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint or any other software tools to enhance the productivity/efficiency
KRA
- Sending Chally link to the Client
- Status update of completion of Chally Assessment
- Chally Report ordering
- Talent Audit creation of Chally Report
- Quality control and check
- SWOD Report Preparation
- Preparation of DNA report
- Preparation of Talent Dashboard
- Maintenance of ALL Scores Database
- Maintaining F-scale issues(Faking) database of the incumbents
- Coordinating Billing/Annexure with the Accounts Department
- TTI system operation
