- Research Support, HNI Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
- Providing services to client.
- Learning, understanding and applying Technical Analysis.
- Bringing out maximum knowledge from training .i.e. Technical Training, Software
- Training, Respective Market Training Product Training etc. Client retention and renewals along with Client satisfaction.
- Proper sharing of knowledge.
- Proper utilization of resources.
- Providing complete research support and ticket solving.
Assisting client in terms of :-
- Client track sheet.
- Client P&L.
- Healthy relationships
- Regular reporting to mentors.
- Client’s trading improvisation strategies.
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of market.
- Basic IT Knowledge, like MS office.
- Good Communication Skills.
