Research Assistant Electrical job vacancies in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar
Qualification : M. E./M.Sc./M. Tech. in Electrical/Electronics/Physics with knowledge in Solid State
Physics, Semiconductor Devices or Microelectronics or equivalent. Working
knowledge of Technology CAD tools like Synopsis Sentaurus/Silivaco or atomic scale
simulation platforms like VASP/Quanum ATK is required. Experience in LINUX
operating system is desired.
