Qualification:

For Research Assistant :-  (Ph.D./M.Phil./ Post Graduate in any Social Science discipline (preferably Women Studies/ Gender Studies' Social Work /Sociology) with minimum 55% Marks. Knowledge of computers and good writing skills are mandatory

For Field Investigator :- (Post Graduate in any Social Science discipline (preferably Women Studies/ Gender Studies/Social Work./ Sociology) with minimum 55% Marks.

Desirable :

For Research Assistant: NET/SET/SLET qualified will be preferred for the post of Candidates having prior research experience (Field work experience) will be given more weightage. Knowledge of computers and good writing skills are mandatory

For Research Investigator: Candidate with prior research experience of primary data collection & must be willing to travel extensively to field work areas (Rural areas) in Bihar. Knowledge of computers and good writing skills are mandatory

Remuneration  ( As per ICSSR norms ) :

Research Assistant: Rs .20,000/ Per Month

Field Investigator: Rs. 15, 000/ Per Month
