Eligibility : (i) Ph.D. Degree (awarded/submitted) in relevant branch of Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering/Applied Physics /Optics and Related Areas (iii) Candidates should have a minimum of 60% (or equivalent) in graduation/post graduation. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidate as per Government of India norms.
Stipend : Rs. 40,000 + 20% HRA/month (as per DST norms).
Age Limit : As per funding agency norms.
