Job Description
- Azure Knowledge Corporation () as a premium digital transformation and international research services company is undergoing a phase of rapid expansion and steep growth.
- We have operational hubs in US, India, China and Kenya with coverage across North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

- We have a state of art facility at Ahmedabad for which we are currently recruiting “Language Resources”
- Domestic Market Research Process (Out Bond Voice Process):
- Title: Research associate
- Minimum 10+2 passed
- Should be able to read and speak in Tamil/Telegu/Malayalam/Kannada (either any of these languages)
- Candidate will be working in day shift between 10 am to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday.
- There would be a fixed week off on Sunday.
- Their primary role would be conducting interviews via phone where they would be calling the customers and asking them questions in their mother language (any south Indian language they are comfortable with).
- They should be conversant in English as there would be English calls that they will have to cater to.
- They will have a dedicated desktop, intranet connection and supporting headsets and phone from office.
- They would be provided a free training, learning and development sessions from Azure Knowledge Corporation
- Their fixed compensation (Cost to Company) would be in between Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 13,000/- basis their language skills and working ability.
- They would also be provided the benefit of provident fund and ESIC benefits (free medical benefits from govt. of India for employees and their dependent family members)

- Unit Testing and System Testing by Data QA team on the data by running it through different routines and programs
- Data delivery at 5%, 20%, 50% and 75% project completion of projects for validation from client and early correction
- Adherence to all federal, state and industry standards and guidelines including FTC, MRSS and ESOMAR
- ISO 27001 certified processes with ISO BS 7799 Data Security Standard implementation
- Dedicated quality control and quality audit teams for each process and domain technology
