Applications are invited for the post of Research Assistant from eligible candidates
for a minor research project under ICSSR-MHRD on purely temporary basis. Title: “Education and Social change: A study of Gorkha
A. Requirements for the post of Research Assistant Eligibility Criteria: Applicants having Ph.D./ M. Phil/ Post Graduate (Master Degree) and NET in relevant social science disciplines (Preferably Education) with minimum 55% marks with an excellent record in academics, high quality research and basic knowledge of ICT tools.
Desirable Criteria: Proficiency in written English Experience in academic writing, ability to contribute through research and basic knowledge of SPSS software. Roles and Responsibilities: Prospective staff is required to assist in administrative work, field visit and data collection, data analysis, and report writing. They should be highly skilled and motivated to learn on the job, be able to demonstrate their commitment for the project work, should have a flair for teamwork.
Fellowship: As per ICSSR guidelines (Rs. 20,000 per month for Research Assistant).
Location of Posting: New Delhi
