Essential Qualification: Masters degree in any one of following discipline /subject: Dairy Economics /Livestock Economics /Agricultural Economics/ Economics/ Agri. Extension/ Veterinary Extension/ Dairy Extension/ Agribusiness Management/ Sociology from a recognized University.

Desirable Qualification: (i) Sound knowledge of computer in operating statistical packages, spreadsheets, word processing and internet is required. (ii) Proficiency in data collection and research experience in relevant field.

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- per month (Fixed)

RA /04

Name of the project : “Semen Sexing in cattle”

Essential Qualification: Ph.D degree in any one of following discipline/Subject: Animal Biotechnology / Animal Biochemistry/ Life Sciences with specialization in Semen Biology/ Animal Reproduction/ Proteomics, Gene & Protein expression analysis and Bioinformatics/FACS. OR Master’s degree in any one of above discipline/subject with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associcate ship /Training/other engagements.

Desirable Qualification: Experience in handling of FACS/aptamer based technology /immunology.

Salary : Rs. 40000/- per month + HRA as applicable for Ph. D and Rs. 38000/- per month + HRA as applicable for Master Degree with 2 years experience

SRF /02

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in any one of the following disciplines/subjects: Animal Biotechnology/Animal Biochemistry /Life Sciences with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification.

Desirable Qualification: Experience of working in the area of molecular biology/protein science/ semen biology/ handling of FACS machine/ aptamer based technology/immunology.

Salary : Rs. 25000/- per month + HRA for 1st and 2nd year, Rs. 28,000/- per month for 3rd year.

Office Assistant/01

Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in Science from a recognized University with good communication skill in English (Written and Spoken).

Desirable Qualification: a) Knowledge of use of common computer programmes like, MS Office, Word, Excel and Power Point. b) Preparation of office documents, maintenance of project accounts, bill processing and general office work. c) Experience in noting, drafting on files and administrative processing of cases.

Salary : Rs. 10,000/- (Fixed)

JRF /01

Name of the project : “Development of Phytopharmaceutic al product for Bovine Mastitis”

Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any one of the following disciplines/subjects Animal Physiology /Animal Biotechnology /Animal Biochemistry /Veterinary Sciences/ Life Sciences with NET qualifications or Graduate Degree in above Professional Course with NET qualification or Post Graduate in above Professional Course.

Desirable Qualification : Candidates having experience/ working knowledge in livestock experimentation/ conducting trials. Exposure/working experience in ELISA/Lateral Flow immunoassay and good knowledge of cell culture, PCR etc.

Salary : Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA

Age Limit :

40 year for Men and 45 years for Women in case of RA on the date of Interview.

35 year for Men and 40 years for Women in case of SRF on the date of Interview.

30 year for Men and 35 years for Women in case of JRF on the date of Interview.

18-45 years on the date of Interview for Office Assistant.
