Research Associate/Field Assistant job position in National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR)
Research Associate/02 posts
Qualification : Candidates having Ph.D. degree (awarded) in Life Sciences are eligible to apply. The candidate should have a good academic record and research experience working with Arabidopsis molecular biology, physiology, genetics and cell biology is highly desirable.
Field Assistant/01 posts
Qualification : Candidates having Matriculation or equivalent from the recognized Board or Univresity are eligible to apply. Experience of working with growing and maintaining Arabidopsis plants is highly desirable.
Consolidated Emoluments . 12000/- per month.

The Institute has been established to coincide with the 50th anniversary of India's independence as well as birth anniversary of Prof. (Dr.) J. C. Bose. The formal announcement was made on November 30th 1997. This Institute has already placed India among the major contributors to plant genomics.
