Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate -I (RA-I) in an ‘IMPRINT-2’ by Science and Engineering Research Board, Government of India sanctioned project: “Development of cost effective web and mobile application for detection of Parkinson’s Disease” to be executed in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya, India.
1. Position: Research Associate -I (RA-I)
2. Sanctioned Post: 01
3. Educational Qualifications: Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering / Bioengineering / Biotechnology / Medical Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering / Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology, Electronics Engineering OR having 3 years of research / teaching / design and development experience after ME/M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering / Bioengineering / Medical Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering / Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology, Electronics Engineering with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
4. Fellowship Amount: Rs. 47,000/- + HRA (As per Central Govt. norms applicable in the city/location where they will work). HRA will be only provided if hostels are unavailable.
5. Tenure of post: till 26/03/2022
