Qualifications : Eligible candidates should have a Ph. D in Life Sciences / Botany/ Plant Pathology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology. Candidates having research experience in the area of Plant Virology with specialization on host virus interaction / transgenic plant development will be preferred

Senior Research Fellowship

Project : “Identification of host factors conferring natural resistance in paprika, red chilies, green chillies against Chilli leaf curl virus”

Qualifications : Eligible candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences / Biochemistry / Biotechnology and CSIR / UGC - JRF or equivalent qualified. Candidates should also have at least two years research experience after M. Sc. in works related to Host-virus interaction. Candidates having research experience in the area of Plant Virology will be preferred

Junior Research Fellowship

Project : “Engineering ToLCV resistance in tomato by using single and multiple artificial micro RNAs and synthetic rep gene containing multiple mutations to resist VIGS”

Qualifications : Eligible candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology/ Agriculture and CSIR NET qualified.

Desirable : Candidates having research experience in the area of Plant tissue culture / transgenic plant development will be preferred
