Research Associate Life Sciences /SRF Jobs in National Institute of Animal Nutrition & Physiology (ICAR-NIANP)
Project entitled: “Development of buffalo bull fertility diagnostic chip based on sperm transcripts signatures”
Qualification: 1. Ph.D in the below mentioned Subjects. OR Master's degree in the relevant subject with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate-ship /Training /other engagements. 2. Doctoral degree in life sciences. OR master’s degree (3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years master’s degree) in the following subjects with NET/GATE/BET qualification. Preferred subjects: Animal Reproduction, Animal Physiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular biology and Bioinformatics.
Desirable Qualification: Research experience in nucleic acids isolation and purifications, qPCR, NGS library preparation and sequencing. The candidate should have sound knowledge in bioinformatics analysis of current genomics (NGS and microarray) and proteomic (LC-MS/MS) platforms data. The experience should be supported with published research papers in Internationally reputed Journals .
