Eligibility & Age Limit : PhD (Physical Chemistry / Material chemistry/ Material science) The upper age limit is 35 years (5 years relaxation for women/Sc/ST/Physically Handicapped candidate as per Govt. of India rules & Regulations).
Desired Experience : Structulal, electrical and optical characterization of thin films and nanostructures. Hands-'on experience with AFM/PFM, Conductive-AFM, TEM, SEM, electrochemical techniques would be an added advantage.
Fellowship : Rs. 46,800/- (inclusive of HRA) per month for Research Associate
