Research Associate Physics job recruitment in University of Hyderabad
1. R.A . Position in THz Spectroscopy and Imaging
Essential: a) Ph.D. in Physics/ Applied Optics. b) Thorough knowledge in THz generation, detection using PC antennas or Nonlinear Crystals etc. capable to do time resolved spectroscopy techniques such as THz- TDS, visual pumped THz probe spectroscopy. Hands on experience on Ultrafast laser systems, incoherent THz detectors (Substantiated by reputed publications) c) Relevant experience in automation of experiments using LabView and MATLAB softwares. Desirable: a) Minimum 2 numbers of publications b) Relevant experience in detection of explosives using THz radiation Job Requirement: Imaging and Identification/detection of High energetic materials and Explosives using THz time domain spectroscopy
2. R.A. Position in Pulsed Photoacoustic spectroscopy and stand off detection
Essential: a) Ph.D. in Physics/ Applied Optics. b) Thorough knowledge of absorption spectroscopy/ photo acoustic spectroscopy. Should have basic training/ knowledge to handle organic molecules and atmospheric pollutants and laser energy/ power detection system (Substantiated by reputed publications) c) Thorough knowledge in characterising the molecules using time resolved photo acoustic spectroscopy /TG-DTA Desirable: d) Minimum 3 numbers of publications e) Relevant experience in applications of high energy materials.
