The essential qualification for this position is the research experience in tissue culture and plant transformation, raising, analyzing and propagating transgenic plants preferably in tomato or other crop plants. The experience should be supported by research publications.

Qualification: Applicants should have PhD degree in plant molecular biology. The essential qualification for this position is the research experience in plant functional genomics for CRISPAR/CAS mutagenesis system with expertise in designing and cloning of gene constructs needed for genome editing. The experience should be supported by research publications.

Project on “Genome wide screen for tomato mutants by TILLING- Phase-II”
