Research Associate / Senior Research Fellow / Junior Research Fellow/01 Post

Title : Studies on Fiber morphology of Indian Hardwoods and Development of Databse for their efficient Utilization by Industry

Qualification : For RA : Ph.D. in Botany with good publication record, For SRF: Master Degree in Botany with 2 years of research experience, For JRF: Master Degree in Botany with minimum 55% marks and NET qualified Desirable Qualification: Research Experience in Wood Anatomy.

Stipend per month : Rs.36000/-for RA / Rs.28000/- for SRF NET qualified Rs.18000/- for Non NET qualified / Rs.25000/-for JRF + 20% HRA

Research Associate/01 Post

Title : Creation of Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility (BIF) under the Biology Teaching through Bioinformatics Scheme of BTIS net funded by Deptt. of Biotechnology, Govt. of India

Qualification : Ph.D. in Bioinformatics or First class M.Sc. in Bioinformatics with 3 years research experience in Bioinformatics

Qualification : B.Sc. with Forestry or Chemistry as one of the subject Desirable Qualification: Hands on experience on wood preservatives related works and preference will be given to the candidates who have done Post graduation in Wood Science and Technology
