Education: M.Sc./M.Tech. with expertise in the relevant area. Desired Specialization: Material Synthesis and Characterization: Structural, electrical and optical characterization of thin films; hands – on experience in IR, SEM, TEM, Photoluminescence, XRD; Electrochemical techniques for synthesis would be added advantage.
Fellowship: As per MNRE norms.
