Qualifications For Research Associate (RA): Essential: Candidate should have B.Tech./B.E. in Mining Engineering with M.Tech. in Mining Engineering/ Mine Planning & Design/ Rock Excavation Engineering/ Tunnelling & Underground Space Technology/ Rock Mechanics or M.Sc./M.Sc. Tech. in Applied Geology/Engineering Geology with minimum 60% marks or 6 CGPA on a 10-point scale. Candidates should also have a Ph.D. or 3 years of research/design and development experience. Desirable: Candidates with NET/GATE qualification and prior experience in the relevant research are preferred. For Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Essential: Candidate should have B.Tech./B.E. in Mining Engineering or M.Sc./M.Sc. Tech. in Applied Geology with minimum 60% marks or 6 CGPA on a 10 point scale. Desirable: Candidates with above-mentioned qualification with M.Tech. in Mining Engineering/ Mine Planning & Design/ Rock Excavation Engineering/ Tunnelling & Underground Space Technology/ Rock Mechanics with minimum 60% marks or 6 CGPA on a 10-point scale are preferred. Fellowship/ Stipend : Research Associate (RA): Rs. 36,000/-p.m. (consolidated). Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 25,000/-p.m. (consolidated)
