Applications are invited to attend the 'Interview (online through video conferencing in Zoom)' for the positions of one Research Associate (RA), one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and one Project Assistant (PA) under contract research project entitled “Effect of nano-fertilizer application on nutrient use efficiency and soil health under maize-wheat and pearl millet-mustard cropping systems”
Research Associate/ One
Pay Scale: Rs. 47000 per month +24% HRA
Qualification: Ph.D. in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry/Soil Science/ Agronomy/Applied Microbiology/ Microbiology Or Master’s degree in the Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry/Soil Science/ Agronomy/Microbiology with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship / Training/ other engagements.
Desirable: Knowledge of soil, water and plant analysis, and computer handling. Work experience on conduction of agronomic field trials.
Project Assistant /One
Pay Scale: Rs.25,000 per month (consolidated)
Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University
Desirable: Knowledge of computer application, especially analysis of field/lab experimental data. Work experience on conducting agronomic field trials.
The candidate age should be minimum 18 years, maximum 40 years for Research Associate (RA) as on the closing date of the application, age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/Women & 3 years for OBC, is applicable as per Govt. of India/DST/ICARRules.
The candidate age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years and for SRF/PA, age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/Women & 3 years for OBC, is applicable as per Govt. of India/ICAR Rules.
