Qualification  : 1. B.V.Sc.& A.H., B.Sc. Medical/Botany, Zoology, Chemistry Biotechnology/Microbiology/ with a minimum 60% marks or equivalent  2.  M.V.Sc. Veterinary Public Health and Epidemiology/Animal Biotechnology/ Vety. Microbiology/ or M.Sc. Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Life Science with minimum 60% marks or equivalent with atleast 2 years research experience after  M.V.Sc Veterinary Public Health and Epidemiology/Animal Biotechnology/ Vety. Microbiology/M.Sc. Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Life Science (Published research papers will be desirable) 3.  Ph.D degree in the relevant subject.

Emoluments :  Rs 38,000/- (for Master degree holder) and Rs 40000/- (for Doctoral degree holder) fixed per month for + 10% HRA as per University norms

Desirable :  Research experience in Molecular Biology/ Epidemiology

Age (upper age limit) :  40 years for men and 45 years for women.  i.  Upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years in case of SC/ST & PH Categories, ii. 50 years age for in-service candidate of Agricultural Universities
