Qualification : a. Essential: PhD degree in any discipline of Veterinary Science/ Biotechnology/ MolecuIar Biology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Life Science OR Masters degree in the discipline of Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry/ Veterinary Science with 4 years/ 5 Years of Bachelor Degree having 1st Division (60% marks or equivalent OGPA) with at-least three years of research/ design/ development experience as evidenced from fellowship/ Associateship/Trainings or other engagements. For persons not possessing PhD degree, at-least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal is mandated. b.
Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having good knowledge of molecular biology techniques, particularly working with peptide synthesis, characterization of proteins/ peptides. The candidate must not have any hesitation while working with meat and meat products.
Emoluments : Rs. 36000/- per month (including HRA). The
funds have been released by the funding agency at the rate of Rs 36000/- per
month as salary component.
Age Limit: 35 - 40 years
