About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
2. Managing design process from conception through to final styling (sample)
3. Brainstorming with team members to select seasonal themes, making edits to the line, and creating new concepts
4. Monitoring the progress of research activities, developing and maintaining records of research activities, and preparing reports
5. Coordinating and working with technical designers and sketching team
6. Coordinating the day-to-day activities with the technical/non-technical R&D team
7. Researching on making the existing processes more energy efficient
8. Developing concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with the team
9. Monitoring the team metrics and objectives and ensuring that we meet our goals
10. Establishing project goals and priorities by coordinating with the production and operations team
11. Building samples and testing both in-house and on-site
12. Analyzing the results
