Research Engineer / Project Coordinator/Research Assistant job recruitment in National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur.
Name of the Project :“CityProbe: A city-scale pervasive sensing system for monitoring road conditions, air and sound pollution” in collaboration with IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur and Punjab Engineering College.
1. Research Engineer (purely on temporary basis)/01 Nos.
Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks from any recognized Institute/University
Other Desirable Requirements: (1) Knowledge of Networking, Algorithm, Graph Theory & Good Programming and Analytical skill. (2) Prior research experience.
Fellowship : Rs. 30000
2. Project Coordinator/Research Assistant/01 Nos.
Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks from any recognized Institute/University .
Fellowship: Rs. 20,000
3. Temporary staff for Field level Data Collection/ 01 Nos.
Qualification: 10+2 from any recognized institute with at least one-year diploma course in Computer Science related fields from any Govt. recognized institutuion.
Desirable: (1) Basic knowledge in computer, smartphone, Embedded device handling 2) Experience in office tools .

Qualification: Passed/Pursing B.Tech in relevant Branch /MCA students having 1. Extensive Programming Skill in Java/Android Programming/Python/Arduino Programming Desirable: Knowledge in system development.
