SRF : - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree or Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree or Master of Technology (M. Tech) degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics or Electronics & communication or Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or Instrumentation or Instrumentation & control or Computer science or Information technology engineering with two years of research experience. Candidate should have qualified GATE if the candidate is not having a postgraduate degree in a professional course. OR

JRF : - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) degree or Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree or Master of Technology (M. Tech) degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics or Electronics & communication or Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or Instrumentation or Instrumentation & control or Computer science or Information technology engineering. Salary :

SRF : - Monthly salary Rs 28000/- plus HRA

JRF : - Monthly salary Rs 25000/- plus HRA
